The
following summarizes Technobox's policy for product evaluations.
The evaluation program is for potential OEM customers to evaluate a Technobox
product for possible use. The sole purpose of our loaner policy to keep track of
the evaluation units we have in the field and to guarantee their timely return.
Technobox, Inc. may, at its discretion, arrange a product evaluation for a
customer. This is done on a case-by-case basis as circumstances permit. In all
cases, Technobox treats an evaluation order as a sales transaction as
security against loss. Specifically, Technobox has set aside a limited number of
units for evaluations. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PRODUCTS DO NOT QUALIFY FOR
EVALUATIONS. The standard limit for an evaluation is 30 days, unless an
extension is arranged.
When an
evaluation can be accommodated, in all cases, Technobox will treat an evaluation
order as a sales transaction, with the evaluation unit being secured by:
Non-zero purchase order
Credit card
Electronic funds transfer
Check
At the
conclusion of the evaluation, if the product is returned in working condition,
Technobox will credit the customer’s account or issue a refund, as appropriate,
minus shipping charges. If the product is neither returned as agreed, nor in
good condition, Technobox will, without exception, consider the product to be
the purchaser’s property and will process the order.
In summary, an arranged evaluation incorporates the following terms and
limitations:
One unit
Product to be secured using one of the following:
Non-zero purchase order
Credit card
Electronic funds transfer
Check
30-day evaluation (standard)
Extensions by arrangement
Funds, minus shipping charges, will be credited to account or refunded at
end of evaluation - if product is returned on time and in serviceable
condition
