The 5495 is the base model for the mid-range PMC form factor
carriers for Technobox Micro Mezzanine System (MMS) - Electrical Conversion
Modules (ECMs). As many as four ECMs can be accommodated by the carrier. The
5495 is based on a 16K Logic Element Altera(R) Cyclone III FPGA (EP3C16).
