Product Information

The Technobox, Inc. P/N 7648 XMC Socket Saver incorporates the VITA 61 (XMC 2.0) style connectors. It is designed to be installed on an XMC 2.0 site on a carrier or host board and to save from wear the XMC and PMC connectors. In addition to its principal function of preserving the connectors on a carrier or host, the device can also be used to slightly elevate an XMC.
