The Technobox, Inc. P/N 6567 is a 6U Compact PCI (cPCI) PMC carrier that adapts five single-wide PMCs to a cPCI slot. (Note that the adapter consumes two slots.) At the heart of the carrier is a 6150 PCI-to-PCI bridge that connects the carrier's internal PCI bus to the cPCI backplane. The bridge supports 33/66 MHz on both the primary and secondary sides. The carrier is PCI r2.3 compliant with 5V input signal tolerance that permits use of 3.3V, 5V and universal PMCs.
The adapter presents the PN4 I/O signals to cPCI connectors J5 and J3 for access. Auxiliary functions include: IPMI access over the cPCI bus, a front panel connector with serial monitoring of system parameters and JTAG access for programming and debug. Front-panel indicator LEDs provide status for key signals and system status. A dual-site version of this adapter is available. See Technobox, Inc.
